What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a salted hash of your password.
• Usage data: render counts and per-request metadata (time, source type, output type, duration, size, error messages) so you can see your history and we can enforce limits.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never your card details.
• Free tools: a salted hash of your IP address for daily rate limiting.

What we don't keep

The HTML, data and URLs you send are used only to render your document. Rendered files are streamed back to you and not written to storage.

How we use data

To provide and secure the Service, enforce plan limits, process payments, and send account emails (welcome, password reset, billing). We don't sell personal data and don't use your documents to train models.

Railway (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google Fonts (website fonts).

Your rights

You can delete your account and its data at any time from the billing page, or request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@pdfoven.com.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
