Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PDFOven ("PDFOven", "we", "us"), including the website, dashboard, API and MCP server (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account, your API keys and all activity under them. Keep keys secret and revoke any key you believe is exposed. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
Acceptable use
You won't use the Service to:
- create or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or deceptive documents, including forged identity or financial documents;
- render content you don't have the right to use;
- probe, scan or attack networks or systems, or attempt to reach private networks through URL rendering;
- circumvent usage limits, resell raw access, or degrade the Service for others.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Your content
You keep all rights to the templates, data and documents you send or generate. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the Service. Rendered documents are returned to you and not stored by us.
Availability and warranty
We work hard to keep the Service fast and available but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the billing page. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page before they take effect.
